Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using WatchByTesteiiTech ("the App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. Your continued use after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility

To use WatchByTesteiiTech you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be barred from using the App under any applicable law

Users between the ages of 13 and 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms on their behalf.

Your Account

You register using your email address and a password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with others
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

You may change your password at any time via Account Settings. You may permanently delete your account — and all associated data including your Watchlist — from Account Settings → Delete Account.

Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use WatchByTesteiiTech for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:

• Browsing trending movies and trending actors
• Searching for movies by title or keyword
• Filtering movies by genre
• Viewing Coming Soon titles
• Viewing movie details, cast, similar movies, and reviews
• Watching movie trailers within the App
• Adding and removing movies from your personal Watchlist
• Changing your password and managing your account

Supported genre filters include:

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest content from the App
• Use the App or its content for commercial purposes without express written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, databases, or infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content through the App
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights

Movie Content & TMDB

All movie data displayed in WatchByTesteiiTech — including titles, descriptions, posters, cast information, reviews, ratings, and similar content — is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

WatchByTesteiiTech does not author, own, or warrant the accuracy of TMDB content. Content is provided for personal informational and entertainment discovery purposes only.

You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit any movie data, images, or reviews obtained through the App without the rights holder's express permission.

Personal Watchlist

Your Watchlist is a personal feature that lets you save movies for later viewing. Please note:

• Your Watchlist is stored in association with your account and is accessible only to you
• Deleting your account permanently removes your Watchlist
• The Watchlist is for personal, non-commercial use only
• We do not guarantee the availability of any particular title; TMDB content may change at any time

Trailers & Third-Party Video

Movie trailers are sourced from third-party video platforms (such as YouTube) and are embedded within the App. When you watch a trailer:

• The video content is served by the third-party platform, not by us
• The platform's own terms of service and privacy policy apply
• We do not control the availability, accuracy, or content of embedded videos

Intellectual Property

The WatchByTesteiiTech name, logo, app design, user interface, and original code are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Movie posters, stills, actor images, and related assets are the property of their respective studios and rights holders. TMDB and its contributors retain rights over database content per their own licensing terms.

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• That the App will be continuously available, error-free, or secure
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any movie data, ratings, or reviews
• That any particular movie, actor, or content will remain available
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Movie ratings, reviews, and descriptions are sourced from TMDB and third parties and reflect the views of those sources, not WatchByTesteiiTech.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatchByTesteiiTech and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Inaccuracy or unavailability of TMDB content
• Loss or corruption of your Watchlist data
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials
• Actions or content of third-party video or data services

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or $10 USD.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by nature survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property provisions — remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or push notification at least 7 days before they take effect.

Continued use of WatchByTesteiiTech after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the App and delete your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of WatchByTesteiiTech shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
